Opulence Salon provides professional salon services, wig styling and installation, hair‐and‐scalp consultation, and related retail products (the “Salon Services”). Through the website you may schedule appointments, purchase products, receive promotions, sign up for communications (including SMS/MMS/text messaging), and access other features.

5.1 If you purchase retail products via our website or in-salon, we will provide product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

7.6 Carrier Disclaimer – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing are dependent on network availability and other factors beyond our control.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by us of any breach or provision shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or provision.
